These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website at: www.ilovemypearls.com. By accessing this website and/or placing and order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these Terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.
The www.ilovemypearls website is operated by: MyPearls. MyPearls is registered under registration of business names No 605095 September 2017 Ireland. Access to Website. You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this website may be open to you if you register. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this website. Ordering. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Photographing Pearls is dependent on light and it may sometimes result in slight differences between the actual product item colour and the image on this website. If you have any problems please contact us or use the returns policy if dissatisfied.
Orders. We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched so you know it’s on the way. Your contract to purchase the item(s) is not complete until we have debited your credit or debit card on dispatch of the goods. Products are delivered in Ireland/UK/wider EU countries within 4 working days unless otherwise stated. If we cannot deliver within this time we will notify you so you have the option to cancel. After placing your order you will receive an automatic email acknowledgement. If you do not, it is possible that your email address was entered incorrectly or the acknowledgement has gone into a spam or bulk folder. We will still receive and process your order but may not be able to communicate with you. Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All payments on the website are conducted through PayPal to ensure safe transaction. Taxes and duties: For orders within Ireland, the UK and the rest of Europe there are no customs or import charges. For the rest of the world your parcel may be subject to customs and import charges. Delivery information We use the standard post service provided by An Post. Deliveries are sent by An Post. Orders are sent in plain packaging with no indication of the contents or the sender on the outside of the package. Normally we do not ship to countries outside the European Union. Shipping Costs Delivery within the Ireland/UK/EU countries is already included in the product price. For deliveries outside these areas we add €10 (up to a limit of 500gms per order) You will not see this in the shopping cart but your card will be debited an additional €10. Packaging Your jewellery will be sent to you in high quality in presentation boxes and in padded envelopes. Most of our single item products can be delivered through the letterbox. Where orders are larger we require registered post, which requires a signature. We always package our items securely and safely. Right to Decline Orders We reserve the right to decline any order without explanation. This could happen if we suspect fraud or the delivery address is a country with a poor postal service or customs prohibitions. Products and goods Substitution Sometimes our suppliers make changes of specification to items like jewellery findings, chains, presentation boxes. We reserve the right to make alterations to the products described on our website but will not substitute items of less value. You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We may refuse to accept an order: • where goods are not available; • where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment; • if there has been a pricing or product description error; • if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Pricing. All prices include VAT Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website. Our prices are reviewed periodically without notice. All special offers are subject to stock. Additional purchases will be charged at normal price.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with Returns Policy below. Returns We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location. This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website. This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer –Consumer Protection Act 2007 or the Sale of Goods and supply of services Act 1980. Returns You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 21 days of receipt of products for a full refund. (We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.) The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, less P&P costs or an exchange credit as required. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: (a) in the event that the product has been used/damaged (b) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. Returns procedure In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a returns number. Please then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number. Products returned under this policy must be sent to our PO Box 41 Gorey DSU Gorey County Wexford Ireland. You will receive details of this from us as part of the returns procedure. We will confirm to you by email that returned goods have been received We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product. Improper returns If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund in respect of that product: (a) we will not refund the purchase price of the product; (b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and (c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
