CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

Don’t worry if you need to return a product to us-just follow the steps below and we will make sure you get a full and quick refund or an exchange. 

Cancellations:. If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@ilovemypearls.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with Returns Policy below.

Returns: We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy shall apply to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location. This policy shall apply to all orders submitted through our website.

Returns: You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 21 days of receipt of products for a full refund. (We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.) The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, less P&P costs or an exchange credit as required. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances: (a) in the event that the product has been used (b) to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. Returns procedure In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number by email at sales@ilovemypearls.com. We will send you a returns number. Please then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number. Products returned under this policy must be sent by mail to our PO Box number. We will send you details of this in response to your refund request email. If in any doubt please call us on 00353894345854. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. We will confirm to you by email that returned goods have been received We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.

Improper returns: If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund in respect of that product: (a) we will not refund the purchase price of the product; (b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and (c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
